Four seasons tour – on a holiday in every season of the year there is a guided tour through the history, buildings and garden of the Schafhof. An experienced guide from the city of Freising leads those interested through the more than two hundred year old history of the Schafhof - from the royal sheepfold to its development as part of the Weihenstephan model farm to its reopening as the European Art Forum of the District of Upper Bavaria. They also go into detail about the development of Bavarian agriculture and the natural areas of the region.

Guided tour of the garden, buildings and history of the Schafhof – from the royal sheep barn to its development as part of the Weihenstephan experimental farm to its reopening as the European Art Forum of the District of Upper Bavaria.
The experienced Freising city guide Gerhard Hroß begins with the landscapes that have shaped the city of Freising and tells of the historical events at the beginning of the 19th century, the time when the Schafhof was founded. He also discusses the development of Bavarian agriculture and the natural areas of the region. In the building, among other things, the historic barrel vault is presented.
Before or after the tour it is possible to visit the current exhibitions of the Art Forum and also the museum café MUSE –with sun terrace and panoramic view, coffee, cold drinks and cake.
