Schafhof - European Art Forum Upper Bavaria

The Schafhof is the art forum for contemporary art of the District Council of Upper Bavaria with a focus on the residency program within the framework of the Art Fellowship of the District Council of Upper Bavaria, an international exhibition program and local and regional cultural events.

The exhibition rooms and the café will remain closed for redesign until the opening of the next exhibition on Friday, 12 December 2025 at 7 p.m.

The Café MUSE is open during the opening hours of the exhibitions: Wednesday to Saturday from 2 pm to 6 pm and on Sundays and public holidays from 10 am to 6 pm. Enjoy coffee, cold drinks and cake the inspiring atmosphere of the historical building surrounded by works of art!
